14th Century Spears
My SCA persona is late 14th Century English. In an effort to stay within this historical time period I throw a spear with a Leaf-Shaped head. It was interesting to see examples of this type of spear in the weapons room at Haut Koenigsbourg, a castle in the Alsace region of France that was restored by German emperor Wilhelm II to closely resemble a High Middle Ages Castle. These images show several types of spears and polearms: Leaf bladed spear, Winged (or Lugged) spears, halberds, etc.
